PIKEVILLE INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

The Pikeville Industrial Building features 16 acres of land and manufacturing buildings, ready for your business. The two buildings are over 169,000 square feet, and the primary manufacturing building is nearly 147,000 square feet. The primary building has received significant updates and impovements, including a new roof in 2013. The secondary building of over 22,000 square feet is suitable for a warehouse or office space.

The Pikeville Industrial Site has direct access to Routes U.S. Highway 127 and Route 30 bypass with excellent roads north leading to I-40 and south to Highway 111 and I-75. The site’s central location serves numerous auto assembly plants in the Southeastern United States.
